First Day of Kindergarten

On Friday, Ava started school. She came home exhausted but really liked it. She wanted to know when she could go back. It is hard to imagine her fending for herself and being semi-responsible. The time has flown by. There were teary eyed parents around me taking pictures and I am sure, like us, thinking about how our baby has grown up!
I was OK taking Ava to school. Dave went with us and I did not cry. I did, however, ball her last day of daycare. We have sent her there since she was 3 months old! It was so hard to see her leave daycare!

Note the fake smile. She was pretty nervous about school but she is such a trooper!
